Gregory J. Buda is a bar industry educator and consultant, and the co-owner and beverage director of Bisou Bisou, a small cocktail and aperitif bar in Montréal, Canada. Greg frequently delivers seminars, masterclasses, and training around the globe, teaching on topics from hospitality design, bartending technique, and menu creation to systems for operations and management. He consults on a range of projects, developing bar programs for cocktail bars, hotels, and restaurants, designing distilleries and brand homes, creating new liquids for the alcohol beverage market, and working with spirit brands to build on-trade advocacy programming.
Before opening Bisou Bisou, Greg worked for 8 years as the director of education, training manager, and senior barman for the Dead Rabbit in New York City, one of the most highly awarded cocktail bars in the world.
