We are a tiny part of a wonderful and truly global industry, and as such, like to know what’s going on outside of Montréal. We love doing pop ups and guest shifts, delivering seminars and education, and participating in events around the world. In doing so, we hope to both contribute to, and learn from, the other talented bars out there. We strongly believe that interaction and exchanging ideas is how we make hospitality, and the world, a better place.
